Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer FREE exchange on all our Jewellery products. Reach out to care@kadrio.com for any exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer a 7 day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused and unworn items. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In case you have received damaged/missing or incorrect item then kindly raise a return request along with the picture of that product. Else it will not be accepted.

Note: Customized products are non-returnable.

Customers have to bear the shipping charges for returning their product which will be capped to Rs.100/-, which will be deducted from the return amount.

Please note that we currently do not offer international shipments or returns.

Refund is processed at Kadrio's end within 7 working days of receiving the product back.

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care (care@kadrio.com) and we will arrange a return shipment for you.

For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The order can be cancelled before the product is shipped only. Kindly email us at care@kadrio.com for any cancellation requests.
