Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We offer FREE exchange on all our Jewellery products (except customized & personalized jewellery as it is made to order) in case the product received is damaged or incorrect. Reach out to care@kadrio.com for any exchange requests within 3 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags & label intact. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please ensure to create an unboxing video to be eligible for exchange consideration. In case unboxing video is not created, it shall be assumed that product sent to customer is correct and of mentioned quality, finish. The seller shall hold no responsibility of any product complaints in such case.

In case the same product is not available for exchange, customer case choose to get another product or avail refund.

 

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care (care@kadrio.com) and we will arrange a return shipment for you.

For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The order can be cancelled before the product is shipped only. Kindly email us at care@kadrio.com for any cancellation requests.
